3 Usability Checks Before Publishing A Project
“A bad website is like a grumpy salesperson.”
― Jacob Neilsen
Time is essence and we often feel like there's not enough time for us to deliver a project. While we need to speed up, there are some things which we cannot afford to go wrong at all.

Here are three things we have to test before we push the publish button.
Homepage Contact Details
First impression matters. Company location and contact information must be easily accessible on the homepage. Is the contact number correct? Is the enquiry email working? We do not want to lose any business opportunities due to the incorrect information here.
Online Forms
First of all, keep online forms simple. Only absolutely necessary questions are asked. Are the error messages working correctly? When the form is submitted, is there any indication? Most importantly, did user receive an acknowledgement when the form is submitted successfully?
Main Navigation
Navigation is important to keep users engaged so it has to be consistent on every page. Users also likes to be in control so always keep users informed by showing them where they are on the site.
We hope these help in guiding you through your next Usability Testing before a project launch. All the best!
