Country Heights Holdings Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 10 May 1984 under the Act as a private limited company under the name of Kurniata Sdn Bhd. Kurniata Sdn Bhd changed its name to Mojilee Sdn Bhd on 5 November 1987 and subsequently on 17 January 1991, the name was changed to Country Heights Holdings Sdn Bhd. On 29 June 1993, Country Heights Holdings Berhad was converted to a public limited company and adopted its present name. Country Heights Holdings Berhad was listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Securities on 18 February 1994.

The principal activity of Country Heights Holdings Berhad is investment holding whilst its subsidiary companies are principally involved in property development, property investment, ownership of hotel and development land, property marketing services, investment holding, construction, resort and hotel management, educational services and letting of exhibition centre.
